The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. We cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible according to Section 7 Para. 1 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act) for our own content under the generally applicable laws. According to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted, transferred or stored third-party information, nor investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, this liability only applies from the point in time when a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as we become aware of relevant breaches of the law, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites over which we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for third-party content. The respective provider or operator of any linked site is always responsible for its contents. These sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking to them. They contained no apparent illegal content at the time of linking. Any permanent control of linked pages is unreasonable without any concrete evidence of a violation. We will immediately remove said links on being notified of such violations.
The content and work on pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, adaption, distribution and any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloading and copying these pages is only permitted for the purposes of private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content is not created by the website operator, the property rights of third-parties will be complied with. Third-party content is specifically marked as such. Nevertheless, we would ask to be notified accordingly should you become aware of copyright infringement. We will immediately remove said content on being notified of such violations.
As a rule, the use of our website is possible without the need to provide personal data. Whenever personal data (for example name, address, email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, whenever possible, on a voluntary basis. We will not pass this data on to third-parties without your express consent.
We should point out that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can demonstrate security gaps. Fully protecting data against unauthorised access by third-parties is impossible.
As part of our duty to publish a legal notice, we hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published by third-parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertisements and information material. The operators of these pages reserve the express right to take legal steps in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam emails being sent.
